MRC/CSO Social and Public Health Sciences Unit Hosts Symposium on Health in Prisons

Researchers and practitioners across the UK and Europe came to Glasgow on 18th and 19th May for a ground-breaking symposium on health and prisons hosted by the MRC/CSO Social and Public Health Sciences Unit, with the Scottish Prison Service, and the Royal Holloway University of London. Funding for the symposium was provided by the Foundation for the Sociology of Health and Illness.
