Improving breast cancer patients' wellbeing during transition to survivorship

Of the 2 million cancer survivors in the UK, 550000 are living with breast cancer. The transition period from end of treatment to survivorship is a challenging time but few interventions have been developed to meet patient need at this time. With Breast Cancer Care and colleagues at Kings College London, this project aims to develop an intervention for the transition period that improves wellbeing, focusing on people from diverse socio-economic and ethnic backgrounds.
