ESRC Evidence-Based Policy and Practice Initiative

Completed    Start date March 2001    End date February 2004

Some of our systematic reviews and other work was carried out under the aegis of the ESRC Network for Evidence Based Policy and Practice, of which we formed a part - the ESRC: Centre for Evidence-Based Public Health Policy. We also carried out workshops with public health policymakers, researchers and funders. The work of the Centre is described here, and a full reference list can be downloaded.

The work of the project has been disseminated widely, through numerous links with UK and international policymakers and funders, including workshops for policymakers and funders, and contributions to training and other courses for policy advisers and others.
